These Terms govern your access to and use of SoloProfitAI (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by MJ Professional Solutions, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or paying any fee you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. One person, one account.
Current pricing: a one-time $25 platform admin fee, a one-time $100 sponsor entry fee paid to your sponsor, and a $27/month membership that renews automatically until cancelled. Fees may change; changes apply to future billing periods.
Commissions are earned only on qualifying payments completed by your direct referrals (and, where applicable, their referrals up to the levels described in the platform). Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or terms violations. You are solely responsible for taxes on any commissions you receive.
No spam, misleading income claims, false advertising, scraping, reverse engineering, multi-accounting, or using the Service to violate any law.
All trainings, prompts, templates, downloads, and platform code are owned by SoloProfitAI and licensed to you for personal use while your membership is active. You may not resell or redistribute them.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, fraud, or chargebacks. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time from the dashboard.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloProfitAI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
